RYA Powerboat Courses
South Cerney Sailing Club is an RYA Recognised Training Centre (RTC) for Powerboat instruction and provides courses for members to RYA Powerboat Level 2 (PB2) as summarised below. We also run the advanced RYA Safety Boat course for those PB2 holders who wish to learn about specific on-the-water craft recovery techniques.
Our calendar dates for powerboat courses are for PB2 unless stated otherwise. The RYA Safety Boat course is typically run once per annum during the February-March timeframe depending upon the demand.
We can also arrange powerboat courses during weekdays if there are 2 or 3 people interested (and subject to instructor availability). Please email training@southcerneysailingclub.org.uk with dates that you are available.

Course fees vary according to membership status. Includes RYA Logbook, certificate, all course materials and the loan of a buoyancy aid if needed.
