Members must adhere to the hire terms and conditions (click here).

Bookings are for half days slots or for Weds evening.

You must be a current club member and hold at least a RYA Level 2 certificate, or have relevant previous sailing experience. Your ability will be assessed during the induction, and once complete your website profile will be updated to allow you to make a booking. .

If you have completed an induction for one class of boat and you would then like to sail another class of boat, then you will be required to complete a further induction in that class of boat. This is to ensure that you know how to rig the boat correctly, and to ensure that the boat is not damaged through lack of knowledge about the boat.

Any damage or missing items must be reported using the fault reporting process. If you cannot access the club house please report to the club bosun; Paul Kimmens, bosun@southcerneysailingclub.org.uk. 07788 299788

Club boats MUST NOT be sailed in winds greater than force 4.

Members may use club boat at times when there is no safety cover on the water. At these times members are required to adhere to the lone sailing guidelines as printed in the club handbook.
