RYA Sailing Courses
South Cerney Sailing Club is an RYA Recognised Training Centre for Sailing and provides Level 1 and 2 courses as described by the RYA below.
Dinghy Level 1 - Start Sailing
Introduction to the sport of sailing. Covers all you need to know to get afloat under supervision.

Course Content : | How to sail in all directions, including an awareness of launching and recovery. |
Ability After Course : | Able to sail in light winds under supervision. |

Dinghy Level 2 - Basic Skills
This course sets out the foundations of sailing for you. By the end of it you'll be a competent light wind sailor.

Course Content : | Rigging, launching, sailing in all directions. Capsize recovery and essential safety background |
